Route One Cards may place purchase limits on items to ensure fair and appropriate purchasing of high demand items.
When we place a purchase limit on an item, the restriction is considered to be for a person/household/address. The number of items you are able to add to the basket is limited. We also actively monitor our orders to ensure that there is no repeat orders. Any customer who places repeat orders run the risk of having all open orders cancelled.
CDUs (Counter Display Units)
We routinely receive CDU-type items from our distributors, these items are to be broken down into individual units. We may opt to keep CDUs sealed where there is any potential risk of “guaranteed hits”.
Purchase limits will last for two weeks from your last order, our team routinely review repeat orders from our customers to ensure fair purchasing. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain products that exceed purchase limits.
