Preorders

Route One Cards may offer a preorder option for some Trading Card Game (TCG) products, preorders normally occur when a “top line” is due to be released, a “top line” is considered an item that has high interest and demand.

Route One Cards acquire stock from official licensed distributors, in order to comply with the distribution and retailing of products, Route One Cards will only offer preorders if we a confirmed allocation of a product by a distributor.

By being “allocated”, it means that the distributor will provide us with an amount of the specified product. There is an small and unlikely chance that a change of events removes that allocation. Any preorder placed is subject to allocation by our distributor(s), we will always endeavour to fulfil preorders, but note that if we do not get the product from the distributor, your order may be cancelled.

Preorders are paid in advance at the time of order confirmation, we will ship the product out on or after the release date.

If you want to cancel your preorder

Pre-Orders

The Pre-order process at Route One Cards is 3-part:
1. Pre-order is placed by the customer (you)
2. Pre-order is held “on hold” until Route One Cards recieves the product in our warehouse
3. Once the product is in our warehouse, the pre-order will move to “processing”

You can cancel your pre-order before “processing” by contacting us at support@routeonecards.co.uk. Once a pre-order reaches “processing”, the fulfilment team will have already gotten through the packing and we will be unable to cancel your order.

If we cancel a preorder
In the event that Route One Cards initiates a cancellation for reasons from our side as a retailer, we will cover payment transaction costs.

By preordering a product you confirm that you understand that Route One Cards may cancel your order in the event we do not receive the stock.
