Refund policy

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before dispatch and receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to process a cancellation.

If you want to cancel your order before dispatch

Route One Cards use payment provider “Stripe” for payment transactions. Customers who wish to cancel a order may do so, however, be advised that a cancellation fee will be applied to your order, this is to cover the fees from “Stripe”, please contact support@routeonecards.co.uk if you wish to cancel a order.

Returns

Route One Card hopes to offer a service that lives up to the expectation of our customers.
We are delighted to offer a 14-day return policy. You will have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.

Returns must be unused, in the original packaging and be in the same condition that you have received it. To request a return, contact us at support@routeonecards.co.uk, stating the following:

  • Order number
  • Items that you would like to return
  • Reason(s) for return

You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item, the shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Route One cards will endeavour to solve defective, damaged and incorrect items. We encourage our customers to contact us about issues so we can do our best to make it right.

In the event that you need to contact us about Damage and issues, contact us at support@routeonecards.co.uk, stating the following:

  • Order number
  • Items that have any issue
  • What the issue is

All orders will be packaged with care, using appropriate shipping packaging including void fill to limit movement during transport. Whilst we hope that orders make it to our customers completely intact, please be aware that there may be the occasional small cosmetic wear to outer product packaging.

Exchange

We can only exchange items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. Refer to the Damage and issues policy above for more guidance.


Refunds


For items that have been returned to us, we will inspect items as soon as possible and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will then automatically refund the order to the original payment method. Please note, there will be some time required for processing and posting of the refund on your transactions.

Shipping a return


We can only accept a return for orders that we have been contacted about, please contact us at support@routeonecards.co.uk before returning any order.

You are responsible for your own return shipping cost.

Route One Cards are not liable for any further costs that may be incurred for delayed/lost/misrouted orders.

You should always consider a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.
